Damar Guild Dinner/Dance

I had the pleasure of DJing the Damar Guild Dinner/Dance last night. The Guild was able to raise a lot of money from ticket sales, and a live and silent auction. The theme was Hollywood. They even had a red carpet to walk in on! My good friend, Lynette Weber, of Lynette Weber Photography, helped out with photos. She did a fantastic job and I can't wait to share some photos with you!
The group at Damar is wonderful. We enjoy every event we attend with Damar. If you are looking for a charity to donate to, this is definitely one that should be high on your list. The work they do with Autistic and other mentally challenged children is amazing. They were using the funds raised at this event to help put together another transitional home for students on their way to taking care of themselves. There are still many children that reside at the Damar campus that could use help as well.
To make a donation to Damar, visit their site at http://www.damar.org
Membership in the Damar Guild is open to all women ages 18 and older. The Guild meets the first Tuesday evening of the month at various locations across the Indianapolis area. If you’re interested in learning more about membership in the Damar Guild, click here.
Thank you, again, to Lynette Weber for all your help, and for donating your time to the Guild! I hope that we can work together on future charity events!
